Where I'm Going
Yoga On The Farm
I'm partnering with Carriage House Farm (home of Lost Bridge Beverage Co.) to bring FREE/donation-based yoga classes to the West Side of Cincy! The classes are beginner-friendly and include gentle movement, breath work, and meditation practice. 12 community yoga mats are available if needed. Please bring your own water bottle. Also note that the floors in the carriage house are heated - perfect for colder weather!
When: Saturday mornings, 10:30am - 11:30am EST.

True Freedom Recovery Yoga is a non-profit studio dedicated to yoga, meditation, and the recovery process. Each yoga class ends with an optional recovery meeting, all are welcome.
